Administration Joomla! 5.x • Joomla user registration x-tra buttons?

Hi Joomlers,

I got a problem with a site where I have two languages but with the English registration page I got several extra buttons that appear shows up.

Any tips or clue what they are there on the english reg page only and not on the other registration language page?
